Last updated: 20/09/2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kaLock website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
kaLock is operated by Kawtar Ouakili, an individual trading under the brand name kaLock. Our business contact email is kalockouakili@gmail.com.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from us.
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order with kaLock, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a consumer purchasing for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise agreed)
- You are based in the United Kingdom or are purchasing for delivery to a UK address
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT [CONFIRM VAT STATUS — only include VAT references if you are VAT registered; if not, remove this reference]. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. A contract between you and kaLock is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of delivery. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. You will pay the total amount in cash to the courier when you receive your order. No advance payment or credit card is required.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described) and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (including the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods).
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kaLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the applicable local courts may apply.
